Historic West Village Home

This project involved fully rehabbing a 100-year-old home in Detroit’s historic West Village. The house sat open to the elements for many years, which caused significant damage, including mold and water damage. Additionally, the property lacked all mechanical systems, so all plumbing, heating and electrical had to be introduced. We worked with the client on all phases of this project, from architectural plans to design to custom woodwork and trim.
